Immigration- Naturalisation

We were instructed by a Client in respect of his naturalization application. Our client applied for the naturalization on the basis of having obtained an ILR in the UK. Our client was employed in the UK. We submitted our representations to the Home Office along with supporting documentation. The application was allowed by the Home Office and our Client was naturalized as a British citizen.

It is important to submit proper and complete documentation to the Home Office in order to avoid refusals and any objections by the Home Office. We, at Marsans, are frequently instructed in ILR applications and we always advise our Clients on proper documentation to ensure that ILR applications are successful. Our Client is now happily living in the UK.
