Ria is a Paralegal and assists the Property, India Desk and the Litigation Team at Marsans.
She is a law graduate of Jindal Global Law School, India and has completed her masters from King’s College London. In her time at King’s she studied the Antitrust laws of the jurisdictions of the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States.
Ria has also studied US Business Law from Columbia University.
In her time at university, Ria has competed and represented her university at National and International Moot Court Competitions and has held Research Assistant positions to various heads of department of her University. This has allowed her to hone her research and drafting skills.
Having studied and worked with multiple jurisdictions including India, UK, Poland and the US on subject areas such as Family law, Business Law, Debt Recovery and Property laws, she is quick to adapt to the needs and requirements of clients from various jurisdictions.
